Working with schools
Welcome to One Planet Schools®, providing information, encouragement and inspiration for schools working to put sustainability issues at the heart of school life.
New edition of Learn published
This is the first in a set of three Learn posters produced with support from the UK government's Department for International Development (DFID). They're designed to help students build their understanding of the links between poverty and the environment.
This edition of Learn focus on a particular geographic area - Brazil. An accompanying thought-provoking film explores the lives and livelihoods of the people living on the banks of the Maderia River and how their lives could be effected forever by the building of hydro-electric dams. See our special microsite for more information.
Every school in the UK has been sent a copy but if you haven't received yours, please email Liz Rossall to request a copy.
Would you like a virtual school visit from WWF?
WWF receives numerous requests to visit schools and undertake talks but with a small team, it is not possible for us to do this. However, we have a fantastic new FREE resource pack for primary schools which contains a film, assembly outlines, activities, resource sheets and lots more. Together, it adds up to a fun virtual visit from WWF! Register to receive your free copy.
